What was the highlight of Scandic Malmö City
Good option for a short 2 night stay in Malmö, quite centrally located.
Room was good size for a family of four, two adults and two toddlers. Had a nice kitchen, good size bathroom with shower, had basic amenities like shower gel that included shampoo. TV had good number of channels, view was not much but then again we intended only to use the room to sleep so didn't really mind. We didn't use the kitchen much as we ate out but looked like it had a good set of amenities available in case we wanted to cook (pots, pans, cutlery, etc) and two tables, one to sit down and eat and another one for one individual to sit down and write at. The breakfast buffet was extensive and quite large, had everything from pancakes, porridge, yoghurt, croissants (minis), bread, charcuterie, cheese, fruit, vegetables, coffees and teas. It was good but not the best breakfast we've had. The breakfast is served on the second floor and on the first floor is a small play area for children that has come cushions, books, soft animals and a tent to play in. Our kids enjoyed it.
Already mentioned view not much, but if like us you only need a good place to sleep in then one doesn't mind. We were using the train to get to the hotel and the nearest for us was Triangeln. It's about a 15 min walk from there which isn't too bad but does feel faw away when walking back at night.

Great accommodation for families
The hotel exceeded our expectations for the price. We had a 5 person studio which was large and had everything we needed. It was well sound proofed. The breakfast was great and catered for GF requirements. The location was super. We would happily recommend this for a family of 5.
The sofa beds weren’t comfortable for our children, as the springs were very noticeable.

Four nights in Malmö
We liked the position of the hotel, the fact that wr had breakfast included which had a great variety of meals. The staff is very kind. The hotel is clean. There is a small kitchen in the room. We were able to keep the luggage after checkout for the entire day and spend the time in the lobby.
The beds could be more comfortable.
